  A man has died in Sydney who suffered serious injuries after a shark attack. Decades later, someone has died in a shark attack off the coast of Sydney. Australian police say the attack happened in the sea off Sydney on Wednesday and have pulled the slain's remains from the water. Why did Russia withdraw from attacking Ukraine?

  Russia said on Wednesday that it was returning its troops and weapons deployed along the border to their bases, in addition to approving talks with the West in signs of easing tensions over its conflict over Ukraine. However, the US and some of its NATO allies are still strict on this matter. On Tuesday, Russia's Defense Ministry announced that some units participating in the military exercise would begin returning to their bases.
