Swimmer killed in shark attack
A man has died in Sydney who suffered serious injuries after
a shark attack. Decades later, someone has died in a shark attack off the coast
of Sydney. Australian police say the attack happened in the sea off Sydney on
Wednesday and have pulled the slain's remains from the water. This is the
fourth such incident to have killed someone near the city's shores in the past
60 years, what happened Witnesses told local media they saw a shark attack a
swimmer near Little Bay Beach. A man fishing nearby told Australian broadcaster
ABC that he had seen the swimmer, who was dragged into the water by a shark.
According to him, "When he was going under water, there was a lot of
turmoil in the water.
It was terrible. I'm still shivering." She said it all
happened within seconds. Eyewitnesses say the swimmer was attacked by a shark
about four and a half meters long. New South Wales State Ambulance Inspector
Lucky Prachna said, "The attack took place. Because of this this person
suffered serious injuries and when we reached the spot there was a medical
personnel to help him.” The local administration has closed the surrounding
beaches for 24 hours and they are patrolling to assess the danger. Dylan
Parker, the mayor of the Randwick area, said, "It is terrifying to lose
someone in a shark attack like this. We are all shocked." Police say they
will work closely with state government officials and investigate the matter.
Shark attack statistics show that three people died in shark
attacks in Australia last year. Two of these cases are from the state of South
Wales. This is the first such case of this year. Record keepers say that the

51 nets on the beaches, stations have been set up to listen to the sound of
sharks.
Drones are also being used to keep an eye on them. White sharks
are also tracked through satellite and alerts are also sent as soon as they are
seen. According to the International Shark Attack File, a total of 11 people
died in shark attacks worldwide in 2021. Worldwide, the United States has the
highest number of shark attacks every year, while Australia has the highest
